Illuminating Conferences Set for July and September

The Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) will host its annual conference in Tampa, Fla., July 25-28 at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel. The three day conference brings together all disciplines in the lighting profession in a forum of education, professional development and networking.

There will be workshops and seminars, including ?EUR??,,????'??Lighting and Human Health,?EUR??,,????'?? and ?EUR??,,????'??Daylight and Human Performance and Research in Outdoor Lighting.?EUR??,,????'?? Technical papers of the current research in lighting sources, calculations, roadway, ballasts, and photometry will be presented, along with the latest in innovative lighting products and services from over 50 of the industry?EUR??,,????'???s leading manufacturers.

The IESAN will also present its annual awards for outstanding service and design.

IESNA Street and Area Lighting Conference

San Antonio, Texas is the site for the September 26-29, 2004 IESNA?EUR??,,????'???s annual conference for outdoor lighting professionals. Three days of educational sessions and three sessions of exhibits will give attendees a look at current outdoor lighting practices. The program covers security lighting, light trespass, best practices in the industry, and new technologies and applications.
