The three-day conference is dedicated to the continuing education of outdoor lighting pros, including designers, engineers, managers, directors and planners from municipalities, cooperatives, utilities, consultant firms and urban planners responsible for outdoor lighting.

The conference offers basic lighting courses to advanced ones. Topics include security lighting, liability, design criteria and ordinances.
