The Independent Equipment Dealers Association has announced that three new members are being added to the board of directors.

Michael Cole, Kiki Brignoni and Mike Pentz will be joining the board, and Luke Brenner has been promoted to vice president of the IEDA.

They were introduced to the association's board during the IEDA's annual meeting, which took place Feb. 18-20 in Orlando, Fla.

Retiring board members were presented with the leadership award, which is given annually to board members for their contributions to the industry and association.

Board members will serve a minimum of two consecutive years and establish industry best practices and equipment standards.

"We appreciate the time and contributions from our outgoing president and board members. They have done a wonderful job serving the independent used equipment industry," says Kristen Williams, executive director. "Under their leadership, the association has experienced a lot of success, and we are confident our new newest board members will continue to propel the association forward."
