79-year-old Mary Bailey-Sigler and several witnesses claim Jim?EUR??,,????'?????<???EUR?s Tree Care of Boise, Idaho accepted $2,500 dollars from her to remove two elm trees according to a recent CBS 2 investigation. The story further claims the company failed to remove the elms, and Jim?EUR??,,????'?????<???EUR?s Tree Care has several similar outstanding complaints with the Better Business Bureau. The same source further states two small claims cases are filed against the company.
When 14-year industry vet and owner of Done Rite Trees Gary Butcher saw the news organizations story, he was so outraged he decided to remove the trees for free.
It goes to show that while landscape professionals sometimes suffer the bad press of unscrupulous individuals, there are also those who exhibit the utmost of professionalism and ethics.
