Charles McGrath has a wealth of leadership experience, exemplified by the growth ICPI felt under his guidance.

On June 30th, Charles McGrath, FASAE, the Executive Director of the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute is set to retire. After leading as an executive for 24 years, and growing ICPI from 157 members to over 1,200 at the present day, McGrath has decided to retire. Before ICPI, he worked as Managing Partner, Client Services for Bostrom Corporation. Before that, he worked for the Society of Incentive Travel Excellence and for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to his contributions to ICPI, McGrath has been active in a number of different associations over the years. He worked with the National Association of Manufacturers, the American Society of Association Executives, and was even granted the honor of being designated an ASAE fellow, after proving his leadership skills throughout his career.
