IA Announces 4 New Board Members

The new IA board members comprise two individuals from California, one from Utah, and one from Pennsylvania, ranging in expertise from management and directorial roles to academic work. Four individuals have joined the Irrigation Association (IA) Board of Directors, starting their terms at the 2024 Irrigation Show and Education Week in Long Beach, California on November 6-7. Here are the new board members in their roles:

Director: Alan Ence, QWEL, General Manager of Landscape & Agriculture at Hydro-Rain
Director: Gretchen Kah, Director and Executive Vice President at K-Rain Manufacturing Corp.
Member: Brad Jakubowski, CIT, Instructor of Plant Science at Penn State University
Member: Frank Toves, CAIS, CIC, CID, President of AvidWater LLC
