HRI is Still Offering $20,000 in Scholarships

As previously reported, the Horticultural Research Institute is accepting scholarship applications for the 2019-2020 school year.

 
The scholarship program is set up to aid students seeking a lifelong career in horticulture. HRI and its donor firms consider graduating students in horticulture to be the lifeblood of the green industry.

HRI is offering the following scholarships:

?????? The Timothy S. and Palmer W. Bigelow Jr. Scholarship (one, $3000 scholarship available)
?????? The Usrey Family Scholarship (one, $1000 scholarship available)
?????? The Bryan A. Champion Memorial Scholarship (one, $1000 scholarship available)
?????? The Susie & Bruce Usrey Scholarship (one, $500 scholarship available)
?????? The Spring Meadow Scholarship (three, $3500 scholarships available)
?????? The "Muggets" Scholarship (one, $1500 available)
?????? The Carville M. Akehurst Memorial Scholarship (one, $5000 scholarship available)

The deadline to apply is September 13. Applications must be completed using HRI's online application form.
