Seago International introduced the new, smaller, standard model from Hover Trimmer. This trimmer attachment is designed to fit on smaller string trimmers with a less than 30cc engine. The standard model has a 12" blade and smaller hood that the professional model Seago introduced in 2013.

"We got a great response to the pro model when we introduced it last year and we also got a lot of questions about fitting this attachment to a smaller string trimmer." said Scott Sweeney of Seago. "So, this standard model now gives us a hover trimmer that will fit most any machine with any engine size."

When the adjustable hood is low over the blade, the hover trimmer performs more like a mower, trimming at a consistent height with good stability – great for steep slopes and reaching under scrub pines and bushes.

When the hood is pulled back, the hover trimmer becomes an aggressive brush cutter that will not clog and get bogged down – great for clearing overgrown areas and wet areas.
