The Horticultural Research Institute, part of AmericanHort, is offering seven scholarships ranging from $500 to $3,500 for landscape or horticulture students. Applications are due September 8.

To apply, students must submit a statement of financial need, a personal essay, a resume, transcripts, and two letters of recommendation, which may come from a student advisor, instructor, employer or business associate.

Students may apply to multiple scholarships, but need only fill out one online application.
