HOK Planning Group Promotes LA's Four LA's move up ST. LOUIS, MO The HOK Planning Group recently promoted four of its Landscape Architects-C. Robert Belden, David Amalong, William Burke and Mark Vogl. Belden, a Landscape Architect with the HOK Planning Group for 33 years was promoted to group Vice President. Amalong, who has worked with the group since 1988, was promoted to Senior Associate, as was Burke who joined the group in 1998. Vogl, who joined as an Urban Designer in 1995, was promoted to associate.
