Because the situation is changing so quickly, it is not clear if the amendment will be voted on the Senate floor. As we mentioned in previous communications, Congress should continue to move forward with comprehensive immigration reform. This legislation offers the best opportunity for permanently addressing the landscape industry?EUR??,,????'?????< We need your help to weigh in with the Senate and express support for passage of the overall bill, keeping the H-2B/Y-2B cap, market regulator, and repeat-worker provisions intact and opposing the Bingaman amendment if it considered on the Senate floor.
