GSA Awards First Contracts to LA

In its first-ever landscape architecture contracts, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) awarded five-year, $12.5 million contracts to Carol R. Johnson Associates, Inc., Boston, and Rios Clementi Hale Studio of Los Angeles. The contracts were awarded under the First Impressions Program, founded in 1998, to provide building and landscape architectural services to enhance federal building lobbies and landscape designs.
