Customers of John Deere will be able to use their construction equipment's built-in connectivity to receive and analyze more data thanks to a partnership with the manufacturer and Telogis, the creators of the Mobile Resource Management software platform for telematics and asset tracking. Some of the features that customers can take advantage of are utilization reports, engine alerts, fuel consumption and details on diagnostic codes for an entire fleet even if it is a mixed fleet.

As a major expansion of their irrigation business, The Toro Company is set to acquire Regnerbau Calw GmbH, the manufacturer of Perrot irrigation equipment, which includes retractable sprinklers for sports fields that are touted for their long-distance casting range and fast rotation. Among other places, the German company's products have been installed at venues in the last four Summer Olympics, and at New York state's prestigious Saratoga Race Course.

LATICRETE® SUPERCAP®, a manufacturer of self-leveling cements and commercial flooring products, announced that the company has partnered with Texas Motor Speedway® to install new floors specifically designed for commercial garages and airplane hangars in the speedway's two garage areas and tech bays.
