Bobcat Company and parent organization Doosan have broken ground on a $9.5 million company headquarters expansion in West Fargo, North Dakota. Company officials say the expansion to the existing facility will help accommodate growth, drive innovation and improve operations, which are all key to maintaining global leadership.





Takeuchi added JPS Equipment Rental as its newest dealer serving areas in Louisiana and Arkansas. JPS has two authorized Takeuchi branches in Louisiana, including locations in Monroe as well as a facility in El Dorado, Ark. The dealer will carry the full line of Takeuchi compact earthmoving equipment.

CPG Building Products, a leader in exterior building products, has partnered with California Cascade Building Materials. They will distribute high performance AZEK and TimberTech decking and railing collections along with AZEK Trim and Moulding to dealer partners across California and Nevada.





SCG Partners has acquired the assets of three landscape maintenance companies in Melbourne, Fla. The combined companies included Green Leaf Landscaping & Irrigation, M&M Professional Grounds Maintenance and A New Look Lawn Care. The combined businesses will operate under the name Green Leaf Landscaping & Irrigation.





Company Wrench will offer JCB's full line of equipment in Columbia, S.C.; Raleigh, N.C.; and Charlotte, N.C. The company's equipment line will include backhoes, wheel loaders, telescopic handlers, compact excavators and the world's safest skid steers and compact track loaders featuring a unique side-entry door.





Kubota Manufacturing of America announced the groundbreaking of its 502,000 square-foot manufacturing facility at Gateway Industrial Centre, in Gainesville, Ga. With a goal to begin mass production in spring of 2017, the new plant will be positioned on 180 acres of land, three miles from KMA's existing facilities. The plant will manufacture RTV series utility vehicles, with the capacity to produce 50,000 units annually.





Profile Products, a provider of environmentally friendly soil, water and vegetation management solutions, has acquired the erosion control and landfill cover businesses of Central Fiber, a manufacturer of cellulose and wood fiber products. The transaction includes all Central Fiber erosion control and landfill cover businesses.





Floratine Products Group, a leading producer of foliar and soil-based turf nutritional products, has partnered with Growing Innovations, a leader and educator in natural grass management. Together they will develop new products and services specifically for the sports turf industry.
