Awards dinner honors eight inductees

The Green Industry Hall of Fame's (GIHOF) annual Awards Dinner will be held at Black Gold Golf Course in Yorba Linda, California, on October 3, 2026, at 6 p.m. This year's inductees include: Doug Grove, PLA, ASLA, RHA Community Works; Mike Atkinson, Disneyland Resort; Raul Gonzalez, Ewing; Tom Lucas, Performance Nursery; Allen Munroe, Munroe Companies; Greg Nieves, Nieves Landscape; Bill Arman, Harvest Group; and Rhonda Wood, Woodworks Tree Preservation.

Tickets can be purchased for $160 each, and all profits go to the newly established Hall of Fame Scholarship Program. Those who wish to reserve a seat should do so by Friday, September 18. All tickets include appetizers, a hosted bar, a three-course dinner, and coffee.

The annual awards dinner recognizes individuals who have been in the Green Industry for over twenty years and have contributed to making a significant, positive impact on the industry. Past honorees have developed or invented new technology, provided education advancements, made contributions that resulted in widespread positive change, or contributed to mankind's needs in their field.
