Courts at Spring Mill Station, Whitemarsh Township, Pa.
The Courts at Spring Mill Station project, located just outside the city of Philadelphia, successfully transformed a former industrial site into a transportation oriented development providing residents and the public with direct access to the adjacent Spring Mill Train Station, the Schuylkill River Trail system, and engaging views of the Schuylkill River. The 7.8-acre site contains 385 apartments, public and private amenity courtyards, a place making sculpture, reinvigorated streetscapes, and a re-purposed 1770 historic house now enjoyed as a bike shop and caf????????(R)???AE???(R)???(C).

Lankenau Medical Center, Wynnewood, Pa.
Main Line Health retained Glackin Thomas Panzak to provide land planning and landscape architectural services for the 274,000 SF Heart Pavilion and structured parking facility at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. The campus has been transformed with designated arrival sequences, unified site furnishings and improved environmental features. Throughout the design process Glackin Thomas Panzak worked to provide a welcoming and familiar landscape for the patients, visitors and hospital staff. New features include defined streetscapes and pedestrian ways, outdoor gathering and waiting areas, water elements, healing gardens, green roofs, a wellness farm and sustainable stormwater features. The project received LEED NC Silver certification.

Saint Joseph's University - Maguire Campus, Philadelphia, Pa.
Saint Joseph's University, located on the edge of Philadelphia, transformed the former Episcopal Academy campus on City Avenue into the new Maguire Campus. An expanded presence on City Avenue allows for a major campus gateway. The interior of the Maguire Campus includes realigned pathways to connect to adjacent campuses, elimination of interior vehicular circulation, new student greens and plazas, and new regulation size athletic fields. The 38-acre site enables the university to dramatically increase their facilities and programs.

Villanova Residence, Villanova, Pa.
For homeowners in Villanova, a Philadelphia suburb, a master landscape plan was prepared to address the vision of a client with an intense interest in landscaping. A significant landscape buffer was installed prior to construction, allowing a year and a half head start in growth to promote the desired sense of privacy. The front yard landscape provides a formal design with low walled courtyards and a gracious sweeping driveway and parking court. The rear yard features an ample flagstone terrace, Koi pond, pool and spa. An integrated pool house provides storage, poolside entertaining functions and an outdoor shower.

QVC Studio Park Gateway, West Chester, Pa.
QVC's Studio Park headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania reinvigorated its arrival experience with the addition of a new gateway and guardhouse. The project consisted of extensive plantings and landscape up-lighting to compliment the wood and steel gatehouse and to enhance the overall sense of arrival. The design included expansive buffer plantings along both sides of the entry drive, specific placement of reclaimed boulders to retain the existing steep slope and protect existing trees to remain, a custom terraced corten steel planter around the new guardhouse filled with a layered palette of perennials and ornamental grasses, and strategically located landscape up-lighting along the entrance drive to highlight trees and boulders as guests make their way through the new gateway.
