Well, the Salt Lake City Council approved the pedestrian sky bridge back in April 2008. The steel framework for the 140-ft. sky bridge over the City Center TRAX station connecting the Crossroads and ZCMI malls went up in mid-March 2010. When completed, the skywalk will be glass walled with etched designs. Overhead panels will open. The LDS church estimates that about 1,500 construction workers are currently employed on the City
