Foster Conant Wins Millenia Project

ORLANDO, Fla., - Orlando's oldest landscape architectural firm, Foster Conant and Associates, has been selected to provide site specific landscape architectural services for the Millenia Lakes office building, which was designed by Hunton Brady Pryor Maso, Architects, P.A. (HBPM) and developed by Jones Long LaSalle.

Foster Conant and Associates is providing design, construction documents and construction observation for the landscape, hardscape, and irrigation design for the 12.5 acre site surrounding the 200,000 square foot, 6-story office building. Others involved in the project include civil engineer, Donald W. McIntosh Associates.

The shared history of this award winning design duo has been responsible for some of Florida's most recognized projects including: twelve office buildings at Heathrow International Business Center, Lake Mary, Florida; Valencia Community College, East and West Campus, Orlando; and Team Disney Headquarters, Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
