ORLANDO, Fla.?EUR??,,????'??+Foster Conant & Associates (FCA), an Orlando-based landscape architectural practice, has the construction phase underway of its design of the exterior elements of Lee Vista Club, a residential rental community on Augusta National Drive in Orlando, Florida. The nearly 16-acre site is planned for 312 units in 13 buildings. FCA is providing site specific landscape architectural design, construction documents and construction observation to the project owner, Lee Vista Club Partners, Ltd. Exterior elements included in the contract are design of landscape plantings, irrigation, pedestrian walks, patios, special vehicular paving, pool layout and associated elements, signage and entryway walls, and all site lighting: street, fixture, parking lot and general lighting. Slocum Platts/Architects Design is architect of record with Madden Engineering, Inc. providing civil engineering services. CED Construction is building the project which is scheduled for completion in Spring 2005.
