Performance
Form and Fiber utilizes construction methods grounded in proven architectural & engineered solutions, coupled with high-quality materials to achieve long term performance. Concrete products are cast a minimum 3" thick with an average strength of 5200 PSI. All powder coated applications have a minimum 2604 AAMA rating with epoxy primer base coating on steel products.

Sustainability
Form and Fiber is mindful of the impact our practices have on the environment and employs an Environmental Management System (EMS) which supports consistent, informed decisions across our facilities, production, permitting, and further development for our 13 acre site.
98% of our materials for concrete products are sourced locally. All sand and aggregate is locally sourced within a 15-mile radius and portland cement is produced from Texas plants within 100 miles or less.

We prioritize thermally modified and domestically harvested woods, and US-sourced metals including aluminum, carbon steel, and COR-TEN®. When appropriate, we use Declare® labels to ensure transparency of added ingredients and trace materials, helping customers make informed decisions.

All metal material utilized has over 60% recycled content with product produced being 100% recyclable. Additionally, company product waste and metal drop is 100% recycled.
