Foreclosure Rates

According to the latest figures from RealtyTrac www.realtytrac.com/trendcenter, through November 2012, there were 1,529,971 foreclosed homes in the U.S., with an average foreclosure sales price of $195,016. The projection number of foreclosures for all of 2012 is 2,300,000 (see chart).
