Coyote Springs

Coyote Springs, Nev.

The project was conceived as the finest-quality lifestyle community in Southern Nevada. The beautiful and temperate valley will be both residential and recreational in nature, offering a rich community lifestyle complemented by resort-level amenities. The site?EUR??,,????'???s rural character will be maintained through the development of a series of villages, each with varying densities, surrounded by open space and recreational zones.

Coyote Springs will develop only 30,000 of its 42,800 acres to allow for lots of open space, views, and trails. A 13,000-acre reserve will rim the community?EUR??,,????'???s northern and western borders. The architectural theme consists of ranch-style designs combined with craftsman touches, using natural stone and other materials to help harmonize the look of the community with its surrounding native terrain. Individual villages will employ variations of this consistently underlying theme. The philosophy of Coyote Springs is to allow the land?EUR??,,????'???s natural features to define the community.

Old Palm Golf Club

Old Palm Golf Club, Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

This exclusive golf community encompasses 651 acres and includes 19 holes, plus an additional 3-hole practice academy by Raymond Floyd Design. This project features low-density, single-family upscale homes, each benefiting from either remarkable golf course views or spectacular rock and waterscape amenities. Services include conceptual master-plan design and detailed design development of all site elements through construction.

Our portfolio includes more than 75 planned resort communities encompassing more than 85,000 acres, 100,000 units, miles of waterfront with a variety of amenity offerings. Four Seasons Hotel

Four Seasons Hotel at Emerald Bay Resort, Great Exuma, Bahamas

The project is a 470-acre master-planned luxury residential and resort community located on Great Exuma, Bahamas. Set within the larger, master-planned residential resort community, WilsonMiller provided landscape architecture services for the 219-room beachfront resort that features a Four Seasons branded 18-hole championship golf course designed by Greg Norman, with accompanying clubhouse, a full-service spa, a tennis center, multiple dining venues and a conference center. Two resort pools are laid out among the resort?EUR??,,????'???s 38 landscaped acres with each oceanfront room having its own balcony, private garden, or pool. Marina and casino amenities are planned for the future development phases.
