ARCSA, a non-profit organization that promotes sustainable rainwater harvesting practices, has announced their first formal project awards program.

The American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association has announced their first formal awards program, the Rain Catchers Award, which will recognize industry leaders for designing and installing rainwater collection systems.

Applicants can enter three different categories: residential, commercial/industrial, and educational/governmental. One winner will be selected from each category.

Winners will be selected based on the way a system integrates the management of all runoff along with a properly designed system that meets water quality requirements of the use of the collected rainwater.
