In addition to this solid base of experience, CLC serves the western U.S. through offices located in Salt Lake City, Denver, Phoenix and Spokane. This development, located in Sandy, Utah, consists of a number of national retail stores developed in an in-line plan and a cohesive architectural theme. CLC managed and designed the project from inception through construction, providing the full range of design services to the national anchor and the other project tenants. South Towne Marketplace, coupled with adjacent South Towne Mall, is one of the busiest, most shopped centers in the south metro area and is a major commercial hub.
The 13-acre site is located in the center of Salt Lake City. It was formerly used as a machine shop, a Ford truck dealership, a junk yard and for many businesses that served a nearby railroad yard. Thousands of dollars and many months were spent on environmental remediation of the site so that the property could be certified environmentally safe prior to its redevelopment for retail commercial space. Since the site is in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City and all adjacent parcels were already developed, the location was built in a two-story format to increase square footage and provide sufficient parking. The anchor tenant is a Wal-Mart Supercenter.
The development of the Park Center V in Midvale, Utah was spread over five phases and ten years of development. The site is home to a wide range of retail shops and tenant lease space including national-level tenants, restaurants and in-line retail space.
City Park South is an eight-and-half-acre, high-density residential redevelopment project located in a historic urban neighborhood. It is prominently located adjacent to City Park and the Denver Museum of Natural History. When completed, the project will include 750 residential units for both lease and sale.
The Southlands is a 276-acre regional activity center and is one of the first of its kind to be developed in Colorado. The center combines retail, commercial, and residential uses into one project, with the large and mid-sized format retailers being developed first. Upon completion, the development will include 1.5 million square feet of retail space.
