Van Dyke Landscape Architects is a certified small landscape architecture firm specializing in planning, irrigation/water management services, graphic communication and community outreach services. The firm is also a technical advisor, providing consultant plan-checking and design services to a variety of public agencies and water districts. The firm offers master planning, detailed design, construction documentation, construction administration, as-built record drawings, irrigation planning/design and a full range of irrigation water management services. Since the early 1970s the firm’s professional staff has successfully performed specialized contract services for public agencies and the private sector.

Cymer Campus, San Diego
Van Dyke Landscape Architects was responsible for the landscape and hardscape development for the Cymer campus. Cymer is the world’s leading supplier of excimer light sources for semiconductor manufacturing. Van Dyke developed the theme and final design for exterior campus areas, including pedestrian links between campus areas, main vehicular and pedestrian entries and arrival courts, entry/outdoor patio hardscapes, employee volleyball and basketball courts, two amphitheaters and major gathering plazas. At night, a fiber optic light under a stainless steel grate simulates a laser light in the plaza.
