Naperville Residence, Naperville

The design of this suburban residence included three patios, a front welcoming plaza, a small intimate dining patio for private relaxation and a large multi-function plaza. The large outdoor living space features an adjoining pavilion and pergola, each 17-foot square. A counter with grill and a fireplace serve the lower pergola level. A wall with waterfalls enhances the upper pavilion level. At night the subdued overhead LED lighting generates a very relaxing atmosphere.

Darien Estate Residence, Darien

This three-acre estate’s primary feature is the three-quarter acre pond and its many amenities. The pond’s scenic value is obvious but its recreational use was maximized also. A sand beach with cabana offers the beach life. A wharf dock and stocked game fish provide a boating and sport fishing experience. A walk over the bridge and you are in your own island retreat with a gazebo and gas grill. Four water skimmers with pumps maintain the water quality by filtering through planted wetlands and a series of three small ponds with waterfalls.
