The contract has been approved for up to 80 HydroSeeders per year for the length of the contract, with 16 machines delivered in 2005 and 39 delivered in 2006.

FINN CORP has been in the business of manufacturing HydroSeeders to prevent, control and improve environmental conditions, such as those required by the Marine Corps, for over 50 years. FINN has manufactured the ideal equipment for their requirements, and exceeds the technical specifications, characteristics and performance requirements noted by the Marine Corps.

FINN has a longstanding history of high performance providing state departments and government agencies with equipment, including similar contracts for controlling dust on helicopter landing area dating back to 1967.
