World of Concrete, a Hanley Wood produced trade show, will overtake the Las Vegas Convention Center February 3-6. Exhibits will total more than 630,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space with over 1,300 vendors. Attendees can expect a top-notch education program with many classes offering certification. Session topics include concrete repair, engineering, and an OSHA safety course, to name a few. Pricing for seminars range from $130 to $215, depending on length (90 minutes to four hours) and will be held February 2 – 6. Numerous activities will take place in conjunction with the trade show, including Artistry in Decorative Concrete, Masonry Madness (masonry competitions), networking luncheons, and special events, such as the Hoover Dam & Bypass Bridge Tour. FENCETECH, a trade show for the fence, deck, railing and access control industry, will host their annual event February 4 – 6 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. This year, the AFA produced show has added Automated Gate Systems Design School and Sales Training School to its education program. The education tracks include: Fence Installation-Certified, Installer 101 Track, Access Control/Gate Operator Track, Business Management Track and Sales Track. Attendees will have four full days of education and the opportunity to be certified as a fence installer.
