Thomas O. Papandrew graduatedArizona State University in 1968 and the University of Hawaii. He has contributed greatly to the ASLA and the landscaping industry as a whole. In 1978-79 he was the President of the Hawaii chapter and in 1983-84 he was the Vice President of the ASLA. He has been very successful in his landscaping career and was inducted as a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects in 1986.
