L. Susan Everett graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1976 and Oklahoma State University in 1980. She has made a career out of advancing landscape architecture and has been extraordinarily successful in it. She has been organizing and planning cities and parks for many years and has efficiently utilized the space she is given in every community she has been a part of. In 1983 and 1984 she was honored with the ASLA President's Award, Oklahoma Chapter. This lead to her induction as a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects in 1996.
