Edward D. Stone graduated from Yale University in 1954 and Harvard University in 1959. He has worked with the US Air Force to help improve improve society and communities all over the United States. He has been awarded numerous times for his success. Such awards include the Professional LA Award from the HUD in 1968. This lead to his induction as a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects in 1974.
