Dean Pearson founded The Architerra Group in 1999, and is its president. He's a leader and mentor who unflaggingly encourages others in his firm to follow in his footsteps. He finishes every task not with the idea that his service is complete, but that he is ready for other goals. He was ASLA Colorado Chapter president (1999-2000), and was instrumental in the Colorado practice law. He led the effort for an upgraded CLARB examination, and serves as secretary of the Colorado Board of Landscape Architects. He also chaired the Capital Improvement Committee for the Columbine Memorial Foundation Board.
