Most notable professional accomplishments: That is not a subject that I can speak easily about. I have enjoyed having the opportunity to mentor students and young professionals. I have been proud of my efforts to push the profession forward both locally and nationally through advocacy. The pushing through of new licensure legislation in South Carolina, in one calendar year is a highlight. However, I believe my best work is yet to come!

Thoughts on being elected to the Council of Fellows: Well, every one of my "heroes," past and present, are fellows. When I think of that, I am humbled at being elected to such an honorary position. I am also proud of the energy and work that I have put into the profession. Acknowledgement of that dedication is satisfying and will be more so if it can inspire other young professionals to follow suit.
