Most notable professional accomplishments: (1) For over three decades leading the strategic Master Planning, Facilities Design and Development for the Colleges and Research Centers in the University of Minnesota System; (2) President of The Society for College and University Planning, (3) "Founder's Award" for Distinguished Achievement in Higher Education Planning from the Society for College and University Planning, (4) Distinguished Alumni Award from Michigan State University for Landscape Architecture and (5) Frederick Mann Award for Disciplinary Service from the Faculty of the College of Architecture and Landscape Architecture at the University of Minnesota.


Thoughts on being elected to the Council of Fellows: I was joyously surprised when I received word that I had been elected to the ASLA Council of Fellows. Typically, when the announcement of the newly elected Fellows is published, I will read about the experiences and accomplishments of the new Fellows. As I reflected on the names of Fellows who are ?EUR??,,????'?????<
