Robert Bullard was nominated for his outstanding efforts in promoting landscape architecture in his home state. For the past two decades he has staunchly defended landscape architects?EUR??,,????'??? rights to stamp documents for site plans and stormwater reports when these rights have been challenged by local jurisdictions. In his own firm he has taught his employees to promote the profession through quality work and community involvement. In addition to practicing landscape architecture, Bullard is a licensed landscape surveyor who believes in cooperation between these two professions.
