Thoughts on being elected to Council of Fellows: It is truly an honor to be recognized by my peers for my professional career. For me, landscape architecture has always been about creating beautiful places that respect our natural world and enhance the quality of our lives. I have also made an ongoing commitment to educate students, clients, citizens and colleagues through my work, my involvement in the community and teaching at the University. It is especially gratifying to be acknowledged for the diverse range of activities that have comprised my career.
