• My notable professional accomplishment is in a daily process, rather than in a product, and it involves returning a favor. My mentors, colleagues, and friends and family have assisted me over the years in transforming ideas into achievements. In return, I help students channel sparks of concern and motivations into achievable, context-informed work. New knowledge and/or reinvigorated design often result and it is an immensely rewarding process.
