Thoughts on being elected to Council of Fellows:My parents raised my brothers, sisters and me to focus at least 100 percent of our energy on the task at hand. Being elected an ASLA Fellow validates the fact that I've been following their advice and have been giving at least that much to my profession. It also provides a strong incentive to continue to contribute at least that much to our world and our profession as a landscape architect.
