Thoughts on being elected to Council of Fellows: I am grateful and honored to be in the company of other ASLA Fellows who I have admired and have been inspired by since deciding to be a landscape architect in 1979. I have been blessed over the years with the opportunity to make a difference as an educator. My 20 years of experience as a design consultant, coupled with my teaching, always motivated me to stay current. Thus, it made for a tremendously challenging and rewarding career. Being honored as a Fellow of ASLA provides me with additional encouragement and motivation to continue making a difference.
