Thoughts on being elected to Council of Fellows: This is an unexpected honor midway through my career. I consistently am reminded that the honors bestowed by my peers are directly proportional to what I have put in to the profession. Volunteering, fostering discussion and taking advantage of outreach opportunities to educate others about landscape architecture remains one of my highest professional goals.
