Developed report and recommendations for access to coastal recreation ?EUR??,,????'??We developed a school park at an elementary school. One of the goals was to create a place where the entire student body could assemble and this was first used for the park dedication. As the students sang songs and read their essays, all the frustrations of years of frantic work seemed to melt away.
