Stephen J. Trudnak graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1970. He has contributed to the landscaping industry through his work with traditional landscape architecture. This involves designing and planning residential, commercial, institutional and industrial areas. He also has been involved with hardscapes, water features, planting, site and landscape lighting and irrigation. He has received many awards for his efforts to improve society that include the ASLA Merit Award from the Florida chapter in 1981 and the Best Landscape Award from the Lee Co. Building Industry Alliance in 1993. Ultimately he was inducted as a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects in 1993.
