Upon Graduating from Auburn University, Calvin T. Bishop embarked on a career of landscape architecture. Bishop has worked all over the landscape spectrum but has been especially recognized for his work with environmental planning and Solid Waste Management planning. For his efforts in the landscape community Bishop was award the ASLA Merit award in 1956, the Environmental Design Award in 1969 and other great awards. He was inducted as a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects in 1978.
