Ewing Irrigation Broke Ground on New Corporate Headquarters

The York family and more than 300 employees broke ground on Ewing Irrigation's new corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Ariz., located approximately a half-mile away from its current property, where it relocated from San Leandro, Calif., in 1994.


Ewing Irrigation, Golf & Industrial broke ground recently on its new corporate headquarters located in Phoenix, Ariz.

More than 300 employees from across the country attended the ground breaking ceremony held on the 9.1-acre lot. The proposed two-story corporate office and warehouse totaling 165,000 square feet is expected to be complete December 2008. Phoenix-based Hardison/Downey Construction, Inc. is the general contractor and the architect is David Schmitt of David L. Schmitt & Associates Architecture and Planning, Inc. out of Scottsdale.

We are building a new corporate office to accommodate for present and future growth.?EUR??,,????'??

The building will include an exercise room, a hotel-style conference room with available theater seating, a cafeteria, and multiple computer rooms, among other amenities.
