Private advisory firm Environmental & Public Health International (EPHI) has released a free calculator for estimating lead service line replacement costs titled the LSLR Calculator. Recognized by numerous international government and research institutions, the tool was developed by EPHI founder and Director Anthony Ross, a former U.S. EPA Scientist who served as the agency's emergency coordinator during the water crisis in Flint, Michigan.
