Landscape professionals who specialize in efficient irrigation can now add a new title to their name. The Environmental Protection Agency has created the WaterSense label for contractors and irrigation specialists who have undergone special training on water efficiency.

?EUR??,,????'?????<

Two existing certification programs have received the WaterSense label for their emphasis on water-saving techniques: the Irrigation Association’s (IA) Certified Irrigation Designer program and Certified Irrigation Contractor program. The programs prepare landscapers and irrigation specialists for the ability to design, install and maintain water-efficient landscape irrigation systems, including ?EUR??,,????'?????<

Specialists interested in efficient water techniques are invited to join the WaterSense partnership, whose goal is to promote high-performance products and programs that help preserve the nation?EUR??,,????'?????<

By choosing products labeled through the WaterSense program, contractors and others can know they’ll be conserving one of the world?EUR??,,????'?????<
