GREENVILLE, S.C. ?EUR??,,????'??+ EnWood Structures, based in Morrisville, N.C., has supplied five walking bridges to the highly regarded Rock Barn Golf and Country Club. The country club opened in the fall of 1969 with an 18-hole championship golf course and 200 building lots. Russell Breeden of Greenville, S.C. was the original architect for this beautiful facility nestled in the foothills of western North Carolina. The semi-private club continues to be one of the finest in the area and is open to the public. The bridges range in length from 60 feet to 170 feet and are built 16 feet above the creek to protect them from possible floodwaters. The main beams of the bridges are laminated wood, which gives an appearance that blends well with nature. According to club officials, one of the first comments many people make when seeing the course is that they love the bridges, and that they are the finest bridges they have ever seen on a golf course. Rock Barn Golf & Country Club is owned by Don Beaver. From the beginning of planning for the Jones Course, Beaver had expressed the desire to construct a golf course that would be capable of hosting a PGA type event. The Jones Course opened September 7, 2002 to rave reviews, and Beaver?EUR??,,????'???s goal was realized in September 2003 as the PGA Champions Tour held a tournament at the course.

These bridges by EnWood Structures are a popular focal point at the Rock Barn Golf and Country Club in South Carolina.
