Environmental Industries, Inc. Becomes ValleyCrest Companies CALABASAS, Calif. - On October 1, landscape industry pioneer Environmental Industries, Inc. changed its name to ValleyCrest Companies. The ValleyCrest name will be used by the parent company and all its business units to unify under one brand. The names of four of the ValleyCrest Companies business units will be aligned with that of the parent company and will reflect their specific landscape offerings. Environmental Care, the leader in landscape maintenance services will become ValleyCrest Landscape Maintenance. Environmental Golf will become ValleyCrest Golf Course Maintenance. Valley Crest will become ValleyCrest Landscape Development. Valley Crest Tree Company will retain its current name and identity. The company's franchise business, U.S. Lawns, will not be affected by this change.
