CALABASAS, Calif.- Environmental Industries, Inc. parent company of national landscape maintenance company Environmental Care, announced that it has acquired Fullbach Services, Inc., a $10 million landscape maintenance company headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky and operating in a 4-state network that includes branches in Illinois, Missouri, and Michigan.
