Our team seamlessly married the craftsmanship of this Lakewood-based English Tudor to the design and build of the Old World-inspired outdoor living space. The large-scale pavilion sits on a reconstituted patio utilizing original pavers from the home. We blended the stone with new pavers throughout the property, and into the circular seating area with fire-pit and circle inset, all while using different inlay methods. All masonry elements of the project use Old World veneer stone. These features include the pavilion wrapped columns, gas starter fireplace, and kitchen/grill station, which is topped with a 90-degree leathered granite counter-top for both cooking and entertaining. New landscaping and plant material were installed to soften the overall aesthetic. Circular seating area made of Unilock Brussels paver and new Unilock Town Hall paver. In specific areas of the project, we installed detailed Unilock Copthorne with sailor inlays.
